Weekly Trail Workout #3

Hello NorCal Spartan.  Here is Weekly Trail Workout #3 for this cycle.  We would love for you to post your questions and workout time to the comment section below.  You can also message us on our Facebook page or go there for our past workouts.

Weekly Trail Workout #3

Workout Brief:

  1. 2 Mile Trail Run (pace should be 130-140 HR on average)
  2. At 2 Mile mark do 3 Rounds of 30 sec Push Ups, 30 sec Renegade Rows, 45 sec Walking Lunges
  3. When last set of Walking Lunges are complete start the next 2 Mile Trail Run (pace should be 130-140 HR on average, after the lunges your HR will most likely be higher than this, ease into the run till the HR drops to this range)
  4. Time the Workout and Post it to the comment section here or on Facebook
