Weekly Trail Workout #1

Hello NorCal Spartan.  Here is Weekly Trail Workout #1 for this cycle.  We would love for you to post your questions and workout time to the comment section below.  You can also message us on our Facebook page or go there for our past workouts.

Trail Workout

Workout Brief:

  1.  Complete 2 Mile Run at a training pace at your athletic level (pick a pace you can run effectively without stopping)
  2. Perform 20 Push Ups and then 40 Air Squats
  3. Perform 15 Push Ups and then 30 Air Squats
  4. Perform 10 Push Ups and then 20 Air Squats
  5. Perform 5 Push Ups and then 10 Air Squats
  6. Complete 1 Mile Run at a training pace at your athletic level (pick a pace you can run effectively without stopping)
